Shipping policy

 

This Shipping Policy applies to all orders placed through Solanirta (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”). The purpose of this policy is to clearly explain delivery coverage, processing timelines, shipping arrangements, and related responsibilities. All prices shown include applicable taxes and service charges. No additional fees are required beyond the total amount displayed at checkout.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently provide delivery services within Australia only. Orders to destinations outside Australia are not supported at this time.

2. Shipping Fees

  • Orders with a total value of 99.99 AUD or above (including 99.99 AUD) qualify for free shipping.
  • Orders with a total value below 99.99 AUD are subject to a flat shipping fee of 9.99 AUD.

All applicable taxes and related charges are included in the product prices displayed on our website. No additional fees will be charged at checkout or upon delivery.

3. Order Cut-Off Time

Our operating hours are from 08:00 to 18:00 (CET).

  • Orders placed and successfully paid for before 18:00 will begin processing on the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 18:00 will begin processing on the next business day.
  • If an order is placed on a non-working day, processing will begin on the next available business day.

4. Order Processing Time

After payment confirmation, orders enter the preparation stage. Standard processing time is 1–3 business days, including order verification, packing, and handover to the carrier. Please note that processing time does not include transportation time.

5. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, the estimated overall delivery timeframe is approximately 5–10 business days. Actual delivery times may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, and logistics conditions.

6. Shipping Carriers

We work with reliable logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Common carriers may include:

  • UPS
  • DHL
  • FedEx
  • Australia Post

7. Order Tracking

After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number, payment details, and shipping carrier information (where applicable).

You may visit the “Order Tracking” page on our website and enter your email address or phone number together with the corresponding order number to check the latest shipment status.

8. Responsibility Statement

  • Damaged or Lost Items: If your package arrives damaged, missing, or is lost during transit, please contact us promptly after delivery and provide supporting photos (and/or videos) so we can assist with verification and resolution.
  • Shipping Modifications or Cancellations: Once an order has entered the shipping process or has been handed over to the carrier, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
  • Delivery Address: Please ensure all delivery information is accurate and complete. Any delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete address details will be the responsibility of the customer.

9. Delivery Inspection

Upon receipt, please inspect the package carefully. If there are visible signs of damage, deformation, or tampering, we recommend documenting the condition immediately and contacting us promptly for assistance.
